		<title>Blog - 6/25/08</title>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>it's july 14th and i went to coastal fitness cross trained for 40minutes and then lifted weights. :)</p>
<p>so i have forgotten to write down a few days so i'm going by what i remember.</p>
<p>On july 4th i ran for 52minutes at woahink and cleawox. on july 7th i ran for 30minutes on Base street and stuff. and i cant remember the rest but i ran tues, wed, friday.</p>
<p>6/25/08&nbsp; I ran Friday at woahink for 35minutes</p>
<p>On monday ran for ten minutes then ran 1-2-1 minutes workout then cooled down for 15minutes.</p>
<p>tuesday ran 48minutes at woahink and cleawox, felt pretty fatigued think i was really dehydrated and maybe low iron... did abs and big ten as well.</p>

<p>cross trained at coastal fitness for 15 minutes. then lifted some light weights and did sit ups.</p>
<p>On sat. 28th ran 10 mile cape mountain run. felt a lot better than&nbsp;on tuesday. took this week easier and i think that helped. ran cape mountain run in 91minutes. had fun and i am now really sore. lol</p>
<p>Monday the 30th i biked for 50 minutes on my bicycle</p>
<p>tuesday ran at cleawox for 37minutes then went and lifted and did core at coastal fitness.</p>]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[<p>yesterday ran for 52 minutes at woahink and&nbsp;cleawox.&nbsp; It felt good my heal hurt for a little while and then went away. Did abs and big 10 as well.</p>
