Secondly I would like to say that I have a track meet tomorrow! First one in a few weeks now. I have to run at least an 8.7 in this meet to be somewhat of competition for other runners at the upcoming Dartmouth Relays. Coach put that down as my time and I have to prove him right. More info will come along with results in my video blo gon friday.

One more think is that I tonight I will be workin gon adding a live video stream to my page here on RunnerSpace. This will be possible through the Qik service available on my iPhone 3G. If I have 3G service I will be doing short live streams right from the track. I may even have a buddy stream my hurdle race live to you all!

There are just a few thinks that I would like to type here (A video blog will be appearing sunday afternoon (Dec.28))

Travis - Dude, you inspired me to create a tight HurdleMaster Banner after I saw yours. The big thing was when you comment on my Hurdle Group complimenting my design work, it motivated me to become crazy active on the site.

Scherer - What can I say, Man I so stole your CSS for the nav bar..hope you dont mind. Thanks a bunch for the support and conversation here on the site.

Gaelic Storm - Andrew man. THANK YOU for introducing me to the site in the beginning of '08 and telling me to sign up..this site has grown so much since then!
