It's gonna be one hell of a meet Sat. when you add in Mansfield, St. John's Shrews., Amherst-Pelham, and others to this already packed field.  Nice job to everyone in the meets today and we'll look forward to Saturday!

Team-wise, we finished tied for second with Pinkerton Academy and Methuen, but by virtue of the tiebreaker (sixth man), we placed fourth overall in the D1 Race.  We had 107 points total.  Bishop Guertin of New Hampshire had only 63 points (keep in mind we were second!).  So, yeah, they dominated taking three of thge top five spots (first, second and fifth).  For complete results, visit http://www.coolrunning.com/results/08/ma/Oct18_49thAn_set3.shtml

I am not wrong with AJ, he was given Gallo's number because his number was given to a freshman, so Gallo is listed as tenth, but AJ really took tenth.

Uh, that's really all that's worth mentioning to be honest.  This race wasn't scored I think, because the results don't show team scores (to be honest, that's probably good news for us...) With this victory we win the Catholic Conference with a 4-0 record!  If I'm not mistaken Xaverian took second in the conference, and after that I'm not sure.  I think CM was last, with no wins, and that leaves BC High and MC in the middle, and I can't be sure there.  This begs the question:  why doesn't the Catholic Conference have a website?  The Catholic Conference Classic will be held on the 25th at Franklin Park with EMASS D1 Meet two weekends following that on November 8 (MSTCA the week after CCC, but I don't think top seven is going to that...)
