So does anyone have advice on how to get yourself into a ice bath at home, w/o having to buy a butt load of ice? I tried just the coldest water withthe four ice trays I own in the tub. But could not get it below 60?

If you or someone you know has a strategy that does not involve loads of money, snow, or a trunk freezer please let me know. I would be eternaly gratefull.

So I am currenly Reading Paula Radcliffe's Autobiography. It is a good read, and It is something to keep me pumped about running since the weather here in Portland OR is still wet and cold and it is officialy June. There are photos every so often in this book and in one of them she has an awesome sportsbra tan. For the first time ever I was suddenly Wildly Jealous of the signature white X in her back. OK ALREADY! Bring on the sun!
