But I realized that I wasn't doing minutes like I do and I just relaxed and didnt worry about keeping up with the pack or anything I just ran and had a good workout. I wish<em>&nbsp;</em>I wouldnt have started out so fast and I would have been able to do the 5, but oh well. I felt good today nice to have some company. Off to Camp!</p>]]></description>

<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">6-9<br />40 min on the tredmil<br />Felt pretty good! My legs and back were a little fatigued but thats just from work but everythin else was a-ok!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">6-10<br />35 min @ Alton Baker<br />Ran my little own "minimum" loop at Alton- Nice and easy felt great</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">6-11<br />1 mile warm up on the bike (hard) then 20 min on the tredmil at an incline and faster jog then 1 mile cool down on the bike (hard again)<br />my legs felt like jello when i was done!</span></p>

I drank an entire vitamin water before I ran so my stomach was a lil messed up with the water sloshin around. But other wise I felt great. I should have taken my inhaler with me but it's all good! I felt really good and feel really good now! :) woohoo!</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">6-30<br />the minimum- at alton-&nbsp;it felt pretty good besides the fact that im still tryin to break in my shoes. they're still makin my feet go numb haha. I took my inhaler with me so in that aspect it was alot better! :)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-1<br />Off-&nbsp;i woke up late and couldnt get a run in damn..</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-2<br />40 min at Alton- it felt really good. I slept really good last night and that could be why i felt so good today. im startin to get into my routine again and able to get started easier. good day so far! we'll see how work goes.. ha</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-3<br />20 min in the am- felt good- nice and easy before work<br />30 min in the pm- i did this at like 10:30 after work on the tredmil and it was a little rough after bein on my feet all day but it was good! went by pretty fast</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-4<br />45 min at alton- it was good! felt great when I go on a longer run i am going to explore some more loops that I can add into my others! I am planning on doing my hilly run tomorrow since i only work part of the day 10 am to 2 pm. I am planning on going to Hendricks.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-5<br />30 min- ha aweeeesome to get called into work on my day off and it was a double boooo!! i barely got my run in today. i didnt get to do my hilly run cause of it lame.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">7-6<br />30 min- felt good. my chest kinda hurt for a little bit which was weird but it felt good!<br />AND- a 55 min bike ride! haha i rode my bike back and forth to work... not gonna lie im a little sore from it ha</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: xx-small;">8-24<br />36 min <br />I felt really good! I cut back on the minutes for a lil bit until i get my massage. I have an appt tomorrow so hopefully it'll help. I downed some ibuprofen before I went so my leg didnt bother me at all. Im not sure if that was too great of an idea but oh well! it'll all be better tomorrow! I'm pretty proud of myself for my summer training so far. I'm gonna prove myself this year and be NWACC champ in the steeple. :D</span></p>
