Hey im Rusty Folwer. I go to Tahlequah High Oklahoma. Im 17. Our team this year is amazing! We won state runner up in class 5A!!  YEEEEEUUH!!!  Defanitly looking forwardto rack season. Goal for this season is 2:00 for 800, low 4:30's for 1600, and 10:00 or better in the 3200.    comment me
