Hi! I am Richard and I live in Spokane. I am a senior and run for West Valley High School. I am going to run at Northern State University next year! I am excited aboout that. I'm not really sure if I am a middle-distance or long-distance runner. I am only 5'8'' but have 53 quarter speed so I think I can go either way.
