I'm going to run in the Butte to Butte 10k July 4th.  So until then I wont be running near as far as i was to train for last Sunday.  Next week I will probably start with a few miles easy and then never go anything further than a 10k for a while...haha.  I like the shorter distances a lot better:)  Thanks again man.  What about you?  What races do you usually run in and what's next for you?

Yeah thanks man!  My legs feel a lot better than i thought they would today.  Monday was the worst...i could hardly walk but i kept forcing myself to around the house a little bit at a time and i think that helped a lot because i do feel pretty dang good today.  How long should i take off before i start running again?  Do i just listen to my body??  Thanks much shane,

Brad

I'm glad I could help.  Luckily I saw the video and noticed it was someone from my team.  Thanks for all of the videos you guys take.  This really is an awesome site and an amazing idea.

I ran a 2:07 split.  Our school record is actually a 7:48 set back awhile ago I'm assuming.  I didn't know that the 4x800 dated back atleast as long as my coach was back in high school.  Thanks for the interest!

After trying out some of the arcade games, I have decided that all you guys have way too much time on your hands.

Hi Shane.  The pace I am supposed to set for the marathon is for about 2:24 or 2:25.  Something like 5:25 - 5:30 per mile.  My knee hurts worst today than it did the last 2 days.  Crap!!  Hey, we have to get together to discuss RS deployment at the Marathon.....when can you do it?  I was thinking that maybe we can meet on Sunday....
