I love the sport of Track and Field!

A Little about me:

I graduted this Spring 2009 from Linfield College where I ran track for four years. I competed at the NCAA DIII National Championships my senior year in the 400 hurdles. I was a heptathlete and competed on the relays at Linfield as well. I'm originally from Seaside, Oregon but now I live and work in McMinnville, Oregon for AQx Sports, a company specializing in the unique connection between land and water-based training (you can find us on Runnerspace as well).

In the next year I plan to begin my quest as a post-collegiate athlete and start my track and field coaching career!
