Who I Am...

 I run at Lane for their XC and Track team. I went to Siuslaw High School and ran for their XC and Track team all 4 years. I'm going to school to be a CRNA.

minutes- 10 min warm up, 4, 3, 2, 1, 10 min cool down

I was a little concerned at first when we first started I was like whew... ummmmm maybe I'm just really out of shape and didnt train as well as I thought I had. But I realized that I wasn't doing minutes like I do and I just relaxed and didnt worry about keeping up with the pack or anything I just ran and had a good workout. I wish I wouldnt have started out so fast and I would have been able to do the 5, but oh well. I felt good today nice to have some company. Off to Camp!

Do you mean 4-3-2-1 as in 4 min-3 min-2 min-1 min or 400-300-200-100?

It's looking good Sierra. Goal for next week: run 6 days and get in a Minutes workout! Then it will be easy because we will just pe practicing as a team. Finish this summer off strong girl!
