Ran my little own "minimum" loop at Alton- Nice and easy felt great

1 mile warm up on the bike (hard) then 20 min on the tredmil at an incline and faster jog then 1 mile cool down on the bike (hard again)
my legs felt like jello when i was done!

44 min at Alton with a 10 minute pick up from 33 min to 43 min
whew! jus got done. Its hot out there! I drank an entire vitamin water before I ran so my stomach was a lil messed up with the water sloshin around. But other wise I felt great. I should have taken my inhaler with me but it's all good! I felt really good and feel really good now! :) woohoo!

32 min- alton- im really sore all over my body and im not sure why haha but it wasnt that bad. i should have taken my inhaler before i went. I got new shoes and im trying to break them in nice and easy. so far so good! saw Johnson actually too!

the minimum- at alton- it felt pretty good besides the fact that im still tryin to break in my shoes. they're still makin my feet go numb haha. I took my inhaler with me so in that aspect it was alot better! :)

Off- i woke up late and couldnt get a run in damn..

40 min at Alton- it felt really good. I slept really good last night and that could be why i felt so good today. im startin to get into my routine again and able to get started easier. good day so far! we'll see how work goes.. ha

30 min in the pm- i did this at like 10:30 after work on the tredmil and it was a little rough after bein on my feet all day but it was good! went by pretty fast

45 min at alton- it was good! felt great when I go on a longer run i am going to explore some more loops that I can add into my others! I am planning on doing my hilly run tomorrow since i only work part of the day 10 am to 2 pm. I am planning on going to Hendricks.

30 min- felt good. my chest kinda hurt for a little bit which was weird but it felt good!

felt really good a good pace and everything. i liked the bike afterwards because i felt like i could make my legs feel like they would at the end of the race! i did some liftin too!
