My name is Sierra, and I'm a senior at Ann Arbor Huron HS.  I run anything from the 100m to the 5k, and I'm hoping that I do well this year.  I've had problems with injury, untimely injury at that, but I'm doing everything I can to prevent that.  Calcium pills, iron pills, preventive exercises, daily core strengthening, and a steady increase in mileage that won't top out over 40.  Beat that bones (and sciatica)!  Watch out 2008 Region 6!

Anyyyway...  I love my team, and I'm very, very passionate about running (and talking haha) so if you want to talk about anything, like how great Ann Arbor is, holler at me.

Running, eating, sleeping, writing, reading, having fun, skiing, yoga, spinning, downtown, traveling, tea, doing coffee, jumping in pools and rivers, kayaking, photography, literature, spontaneity, shopping, the woods, spas, hiking, exploring, admiring architecture, the beauty of the mountains of Colorado, talking, contemplation, queen-sized beds, the smell of freshness, dressing up, relaxing, being with the people I love.
