Who I Am...

I am training to qualify for Indoor and Outdoor USA Championships, while also gunning for the elusive sub four minute mile.  I'm an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at Saginaw Valley State University and specifically coach the men's and women's middle distance athletes.
