I live, train, work in Eugene although I do more working than training. I'm the Administrator down at Creswell Health and Rehabilitation Center which is a full-time+ job. I have a full-time family as well with 4 wonderful daughters. Life isn't getting any less complicated these days that's for sure!

My new running habit is getting into Ultramarathons.  I've only done the 50k distance but am looking at moving up to 50 mile and 100k races soon.

This year has been a bummer of one.  Started having some hip/pelvis pain back in July 2010 and after a trail marathon and 2 50ks in a 6 week period of time. . .well I think I overdid it.  Haven't felt quite the same since.  Broke down and went and got seen: 1 MRI, 3 Chiro visits, ultrasound, 7 Physical Therapy visits, Acupuncture and time off hasn't helped much.  Considering hanging my shoes up for the rest of the year but it seems that rest makes it worse.  So I'm just running through the pain and geeking out on Max, Dan O and all the other local guys tear up the trail scene.  Hoping I can at least get healthy enough to run MRTR in September. . . even if I half to walk half of it!!!

Looking for some good running specific docs in the Eugene area that they've had success with. If anyone has some feedback let me know!
