I live, train, work in Eugene although I do more working than training. I'm the Administrator down at Creswell Care Center which is a full-time+ job. I have a full-time family as well with 3 kids and counting. Life isn't getting any less complicated these days that's for sure!

I've been getting into cycling a lot more these days and will ride my road bike back and forth to work 2-3 days a week (40-50 miles round trip).  I'm not running quite as much, so ever since I turned 30 the only PR I'm getting these days is on the scale!  I need to drop a few pounds!
