Interesting that you hit your mile PR while running a 2-mile. Back in the dark ages of my distance days I hit a somewhat big PR in the 800 WHILE running the 1500.

Well my PR's sold out so damn quickly because of their awesome sucking power that I ran out of supplies and had to temporarily shut my business down. But I'll be running some new s*** times soon so you need not worry if your floor is dirty and you don't have a vaccum! XD
