We recently caught up with a group of elite athletes to get a glimpse into their preparations for 2011 and look back at 2010.

Anna Pierce was a heck of a world class steeplechaser 2008. In 2009 she ran some 800s and 1500s for fun and became a world class middle distance runner with world leading times. If you can call not leading the world in an event in 2010 a disappointment then you'd be as motivated as Anna Pierce is heading into 2011.
