Filmed in Fall of 2006 - Portland, OR- I captured this footage when I was driving the Nike XC truck and I visited Lincoln High School in Portland with the Gouchers and Mike Donnelly a few days before the Oregon State XC Championships where the boys and girls teams had qualified. Adam and Kara were kind enough to come give the young harriers some advice and encouragement before their big race.
