This is the worst, most unstable 'live webcast' ever. This comment probably won't even be uploaded. The video either never starts, or is stop 'n start at best. The people who put this together should never have attempted such a project. They should have gotten the proper computer backbone, knowing that so many people would be watching. A grade of 'F.'
The 'live webcast' is of very poor quality. Frequent stops and starts. Frequent total breakdowns. Sometimes it won't load to begin with. My computer is up to date and fine. My feeling is this: If you're going to promote a webcast, first make sure the computer backbone is there to handle large numbers of viewers. If not, our time is being wasted. And in this case, our time IS being wasted. Just take videos of the races and show 'em later.
I think I posted my comments multiple times since they are not showing up. I clicked on page 2 at the top of the comments, but it takes me somewhere else. If anyone knows of a solution, u can email me at coachfogle@gmail.com.
Oh, I also tried downgrading my media player to version 10, but that didn't work either.
I still am. I am at the point of contacting my Internet service provider. I have tried using Firefox and Explorer. Also tried using the mms address with about 5 other players. No luck with any of them.
Arrggghhh....not sure why I can't get it. Do you know what version of Windows Media Player you have? Not sure if that would matter inside the browser. You can find out by righ clicking and then select about.
I'm using Internet Explorer and I'm able to watch the video feed fine. I did have to click the link on the bottom of the screen especially for IE. BTW, the comments posted on this page are from the future I guess, since they say "Today" and give a time that has to be from somewhere in the Orient or something.
