Filmed on 4/4/08 - We caught up with Lisa Koll who went from good to great in a matter of just over a half hour when she broke Alicia Craig's (Shay) US Collegiate 10,000 meter record.  She says she didn't even know what the record was, nor that she was on pace for it until she heard the announcers talking about it!
