Great Oak coach Doug Soles guided the Wolfpack to a sweep of the team titles in the boys and girls championship races at the 39th ASICS Clovis Cross Country Invitational. Great Oak won the boys race 81-105 over Dublin and prevailed in the girls race 102-132 over Claremont. It marked the fourth year in a row both teams won the championship races, including the fifth time in nine years for the girls team. Great Oak's boys ran 77:31, the second-fastest performance in meet history and No. 8 all-time on the course. The Wolfpack clocked 90:20 for the No. 3 girls performance in meet history and 10th all-time.
