Hansons-Brooks workout: 10 mile cut-down
Drew Polley is coming of a 2:16 marathon at Boston this spring and a recent 1:05:38 half marathon at the Seattle Rock 'n' Roll event on a hilly course in June. Chad Johnson is coming of a 2:17 marathon at Boston this spring and a recent 1:05:29 half marathon at Seattle. He is also gearing up for another race shortly after this workout. This is a 10 mile progressively faster run, that involves running faster and faster mile splits throughout the workout's duration. On this day is is quite hot and humid, and the pace is a little slower than usual.
