Coach Zopatti takes us through his calendar and discusses year-round training and how they organize their Massachusetts state champion team.  He discusses utilizing their team captains, a coveted position on the team, and how they choose them.  The coach also takes time to discuss how to approach competing against a team like regional rival Christian Brothers Academy, who won the 2011 Nike Cross National Championships for the boys.
