2001 USA 1500 meter champion, Andy Downin, talks about the post-collegiate club he has developed in Eugene to support competitive athletes who need a group organization, coaching, and other support in order to continue to improve.  Andy discusses what the important aspects are to having a group and how to come about putting the support structure in place.  As post-collegiate groups continue to spread across America, Andy gives us an insightful look into how one can begin to start a group like Team Run Eugene.
