Excited for my friend and co-worker Matthew Barnhart. He is competing in the Boston Marathon tomorrow.  He is 37, it is never too late to run. He has trained for years and I am excited as to what he can do.  Unfortunately he has had to spend a lot of time on a treadmill training this last year or so.  Good luck Matt!
