Ruth White of New Hampshire finished as the top American freshman in the women's 10,000 meters final, placing ninth in 32:20.60 at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field on Thursday

Washington's Amanda Moll cleared 4.49 meters (14-6.75) to finish third in the women's pole vault at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field on Saturday.

Georgia's Lianna Davidson finished fourth in the women's javelin with a mark of 193-8 (59.03m) on Thursday at the NCAA Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field. The Bulldogs pulled out 13 points from the event. 

Gonzaga's Rosina Machu became the first female track athlete in school history to earn first-team All-American honors at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships, finishing seventh in the women's 10,000 meters in 32:15.49 on Thursday at Hayward Field.

Mya Lesnar of Colorado State won her first outdoor shot put national title at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships, throwing 19.01 meters (62-4.50) at Hayward Field on Thursday.

Roisin Willis of Stanford ran 2:00.33 to win the third heat of the 800 meter semifinals at the NCAA Division 1 Outdoor Championships at Hayward Field.
