Di'Niko Bates contributed to UCLA's victory over his former team, USC, with a second-place finish in the 110-meter hurdles in 13.63 on Sunday at Drake Stadium. 

Naomi Johnson ran a personal best 22.91 to win the women's 200 meters, which turned out to be a 8-1 event for UCLA in the Bruins' dual meet against USC. UCLA swept the Trojans for the first time in 12 years.

USC's Nathan Cumberbatch picked up a pair of middle distance wins for the Trojans in their dual meet at UCLA on Sunday. Cumberbatch ran 3:43.55 to win the 1,500 at the start of the day and later 1:48.12 in the 800.
