Davis Helmerich of Arkansas won the men's 1,500 meters on Saturday at the SEC Outdoor Championships, going 51.7 on the final lap of a slow race to win in 3:52.01.
Jordan Anthony led Arkansas to the men's team championship with a sprint double of 9.95 in the 100 meters and 19.93 in the 200 meters on Saturday at the SEC Championships. He also anchored the Razorbacks to third place in the 4x100 relay.
