The
Super Distance Summit 2010 ends with a panel discusion involving each
of the guest speakers. Lead by the always curious mind of Jeff Johnson,
the coaches answered a few basic questions about training athletes of
all types.
Charlie Kern had to catch a plane so he runs through the questions that the rest of the guest speakers will be asked.
