The
Super Distance Summit 2010 ends with a panel discusion involving each
of the guest speakers. Lead by the always curious mind of Jeff Johnson,
the coaches answered a few basic questions about training athletes of
all types.
As the old saying goes, "Failure sucks but instructs." Even the best coaches make mistakes. The panel discusses what they probably shouldn't have done. They all have one thing in common, they don't let those mistakes haunt them.
