Marc Burns is in his fifth season at the University of Missouri as the head coach of the cross country program and the assistant track & field team. The women’s cross country team captured a regional title and qualified for the NCAA Championships for the first time in more than a decade in 2016. While at Missouri, Burns has coached Missouri runners to six national championships, 12 All-America honors and nine SEC titles.
