American running legends Kara Goucher and Des Linden sit down with DyeStat's Keenan Gray on the latest episode of DyeStat Discussions to talk about their inaugural Save The 10,000 With Des and Kara event, taking place on Saturday May 3 from Walnut, Calif., at Mt. SAC's Hilmer Lodge Stadium.

Kara and Des both explain the origins of this 10,000 meter track event and how it has become an opportunity for professional athletes to earn qualifying times for their countries' national championships and the Tokyo World Outdoor Championships. 

Gates open to the public at 7 pm PT, with races going off at 8 pm and 8:45 pm.
