50-year coach, Jim McClatchie has worked with middle school through professional-level runners and is now the volunteer assistant boys coach at Summit High School in Bend, Oregon.  Here, he discusses working kids in training groups and improving kids psyches by letting them know he "thinks they're better than they think they are."
